Customer Protection & Liability Waiver Policy
1. Scope of Service
We provide services including computer repair, diagnostics, part replacement, and data recovery as requested by the customer. Services are limited to what is agreed upon at the time of intake, and no additional work will be performed without prior consent.
2. Disclaimer for Virus or Hacking Damage
We are not responsible for any damage, data loss, or security breaches caused by viruses, malware, or external hacker attacks. The customer is responsible for maintaining antivirus protection and system security after service completion.
3. Unclaimed Device Policy
Repaired devices must be picked up within 3 months of notification. Devices not claimed within this period may be disposed of or recycled at the company’s discretion, without further notice. The customer forfeits any claim to the device or compensation.
4. Data Recovery Limitations
Data recovery is limited to files stored on the customer’s local storage devices (e.g., hard drives, SSDs, USB drives). Recovery includes personal files such as documents, photos, and videos only. We do not recover data from cloud services or reinstall licensed software unless specifically agreed upon.
5. Privacy & Data Handling
All personal data encountered during service will be handled with strict confidentiality and deleted immediately after service completion. No information will be shared with third parties.
6. Customer Acknowledgment
By requesting service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all of the above terms. Customers are advised to back up important data before submitting devices for repair.
